The consequence of not providing your personal data or not giving your consent to data processing will cause the inability to conduct the recruitment process. You may order APIXON to limit processing of your personal data or raise objection on further processing. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, with the proviso that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. On the basis of the voluntarily expressed (explicit) consent to processing in subsequent recruitments conducted by APIXON, your personal data may be processed until the consent is withdrawn and no longer than two years from the date of its receipt (whichever occurs first). Your personal data is not and will not be processed in automated way.
